Van Wyck North, following sign(s) for

678-North-Whitestone Expressway – Whitestone Bridge

When the road becomes 4-lanes wide stay in the 2nd lane from the left and follow signs for EXIT-16: Cross Island Parkway

**DO NOT take exit for Whitestone Bridge!!**

Stay in the 2nd lane from the left on the Cross Island Parkway exit.

In the curve for the Cross Island exit, the sign for EXIT-35: 14th Avenue appears: quickly get into your extreme right lane & take EXIT-35: 14th Avenue.

Make left at light at top of exit ramp onto 14th Avenue.

Go (2) lights to 150th Street and make another left.

Look for new 3-story brick building on your right between “Christo’s Stationery” store and the Italian restaurant “Ducale Ristorante”, across the street from “Freddy’s Pizza”.

Parking: 2-hr meters on 150th St, –or– go one block to 12th Rd for 2-hr meters.

Cross Island North to EXIT-34: Utopia Parkway

**DO NOT take exit for Throgs Neck Bridge!!**

Make left at stop light at top of exit ramp.

Go 100 feet, and make first right onto Cross Island Service Rd. (westbound)

Go to 150th STREET (not “Place”), make right.

After next light at 14th Ave., look for new 3-story brick building on your right between “Christo’s Stationery” store and the Italian restaurant “Ducale Ristorante”, across the street from “Freddy’s Pizza”.
